    Rambo V Will Be A Sci-Fi Movie!?!

Apparently So, As /Film (The Best Blog About Upcoming Movies Ever) Has Reported That Sly Stallone Just Confirmed To Ain't It Cool News That The Plot Of The New Rambo Movie Is... Well, I'll Just Let You Read It:

"Variety reported that Rambo would fight his way “through human traffickers and drug lords to rescue a young girl abducted near the U.S.-Mexico border.” But Sly now confirms to AICN that the storyline is much different than what the trades had reported. Rambo will not be returning to the United States, and the story will instead be set in the Pacific Northwest.

The story involves a secret U.S. military installation where they are doing experiments to create “brilliantly instinctual killer soldiers that have no qualms about taking life.” And when things go wrong, Rambo is brought in with a Black Ops squad to hunt, capture and kill these chemically engineered creations. So basically, Rambo will be the hunter instead of the hunted. Head on over to AICN to see the full early concept poster for the new film, which is cropped above. And yes, the working title right now is Rambo V: The Savage Hunt" --Likecool.com (Click There To Read The Whole Story)

*Btw: That Rambo Poster Up There Isn't Some Photoshopped Fan Created Poster. That's The Real Deal
As Ain't It Cool News Reported: "As you should know, it is early on the project. They've whipped up a quicky one-sheet that will be somewhere around the Toronto Film Festival beginning tomorrow."

So Looks Like -RoG- From I-mockery.com Had A Run In With Some Zombies At A Targeting Range

"A few months back I got a call from some friends who decided at the last minute to go down to the Los Angeles Gun Club and shoot some targets. Having never shot a gun before, I figured why the hell not, and I'm glad I did. This particular gun range has wisely decided to help prepare people from the inevitable oncoming zombie apocalypse by providing them with real zombie targets! My target actually looked like a cross between Skeletor and a business man with an inexplicably shaggy hairdo. I used a 9mm (whatever the hell that is, I'm no gun expert) and sent my paper zombie target all the way to the back wall and managed to hit him almost every time. Problem is, I realized I was constantly hitting him in the chest. That's fine and dandy if you're trying to take down a human, but any horror fan worth his salt knows that you absolutely must shoot a zombie in the head if you want to kill it. You gotta destroy the ol' brainstem! So I adjusted my targeting and finally got in a few perfect head shots on ol' skele-zombie. Mission accomplished.

They did have a few other zombie targets to choose from:"

    James Cameron's "Avatar" Trailer

So I Know This Trailers Been Out For A Week Or So Now, But I'm Just Getting Around To Posting It. Alot Of People Online Have Been Talking About How "District 9" Has Stolen Alot Of "Avatar"'s Thunder, And Really, Besides From The Cool Alien Beast Attacking The People Scenes, I Don't Think This Movie Looks That Great. One Thing For Sure, I Think The Alien Humanoids Look Pretty Fake, Obviously Bad CGI. If This Wasn't In The Hands Of James Cameron, I Don't Think This Movie Would Be That Big.

"A full-sized LEGO house is bulding in the UK. By James May, a toy fanatic from the UK, he is builting a real two-storey building, it will make from 816 million Lego bricks. And when the house is finished, James May vowed to live in it!
"This two-story Lego palace, which resides in the middle of a vineyard, sports a working bathroom, and is covered inside and out with bricks pieced together by 272 Legos. Over three million bricks were used to build the Lego pad, so doing some quick math here - that's over 816 million Lego pieces!"- Likecool.com

Pixar Has Bought The Rights To Marvel Movies. Thousands Of The Hulk Fanboys Cry

"Disney’s acquisition does notaffect the deals for movies in place at other movie studios, such as Spider-Man and X-Men at 20th Century Fox.

Paramount still holds to rights to distribute up to five Marvel films, including: Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America, The Avengers and possibly one more unannounced film.
There are still existing deals in which other studios hold the big screen rights to certain characters.

But after those deals expire, Disney “want[s] to be sole distributor of these films.”

On the possibility of Pixar developing a future Marvel films? “We’ve talked about this internally. Pixar boss John Lasseter talked to the Marvel guys about this and they all got excited about it. We think there’s ultimately some exciting product that come of that. Sparks will fly!” Sounds like Lasseter is very interested at the possibility.

Disney also plans to “exploit more lesser-known characters.”"
